About Me:: I am a recent graduate of a local university and a certified Health teacher. I love to long distance cycle; garden; cook wholesome healthy meals; sail scuba; meditate; attend lectures; travel; study; retreat; and especially love to write and read.

If I won the lottery I would....: I would have a big airy, environmentally friendly ,feng shuied, energy efficient solar house on the ocean, with two extra wings attached to provide live-in suites for a house keeper and gardener. I'd have a 4 car garage for a Harley, a jaguar convertible, a Ford 150 pick-up truck, and a Lincoln Navigator. My sailboat would be in the marina, and my children would have their houses paid for, and all the money they would need to be worry free of debt for the rest of their lives.

I moved to Georgia a little over 2 yrs. ago from S. Huntington...we used to be neighbors. I thought is would be easier here for myself and my teenage son. Even though my parents and sister are here....I'm so homesick for Long Island and hope to be able to move back in 2 yrs. after my son graduates H.S. Times are a little easier for me but I'm still living from paycheck to paycheck with hopes that my website will catch on and I'll be able to earn a good income from it (www.prosperitymom.com). I remember when I needed help with my heating bill back home I went to social services...they had a program which I think was called HEAT and I didn't have to wait for help. The office I went to was in Deer Park. Maybe they could help you. Another thing that helped me spiritually was attending a multi-faith group called 'The Gathering of Light'. Reverend JoAnn is an angel that has been placed on Earth. You can get more info at gatheringoflight.org if you're interested. They're meeting in a church in Dix Hills.
