This is an email update on everything happening in my life and the tour. I'm in Mariposa and leaving for Sacramento tomorrow. Thanks so much everyone for your insightful and helpful words of encouragement! I am feeling much better everyday:) Its funny. One of my myspace friends mentioned "nothing like a back injury to make you feel old". I noticed I don't feel old at all. I quit coffee the easy way

It was kind of funny, because it wasn't even on my priority list of things to do. My friend from Forever Green gave me a few samples of a healthy, natural energy drink, and the next thing you know I was having my morning coffee and it tasted and felt yucky, so I quit. I did take some advil, though, because I still got a headache. I gave a sample to another friend, too, and the next week he quit coffee, too. Wow! I was just talking to Johnathan, who is working like a rockstar with his Better World Mortgage company and leading the FG events here in Portland. He was mentioning that he would love it if someone established a beautiful healing resort at the Oregon Coast.
